Job Description

We are seeking motivated and experienced radiology residents and fellows to join our team and provide remote contrast coverage. As a physician on the team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a number of outpatient imaging sites in your state, and you will be responsible for promptly addressing contrast reactions in real-time using the ContrastConnect platform.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer phone calls from our partner imaging sites
  • Evaluate and treat patients experiencing adverse reactions to CT/MR contrast agents
  • Submit complete and accurate incident reports after contrast reactions

Requirements

  • Active Medical (MD / DO) and State licensure
  • ACLS and BLS certified
  • Current Radiology Resident or Fellow
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of the ACR treatment algorithms as they pertain to contrast-induced allergic and physiologic reactions
  • Access to a smartphone and or laptop with audio/video capabilities and a reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

  • Malpractice insurance is provided
  • You will be a 1099 independent contractor
  • Shifts are scheduled in one-week blocks, Monday through Sunday
  • On average, expect about three or four calls per week of coverage

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced account manager to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our imaging site clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our remote contrast coverage services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, including regular communication 
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate and schedule remote contrast coverage services
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment processing for assigned accounts
  • Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to expand service offerings or increase revenue from assigned accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience with billing and payment processing

  • Actively prospecting and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
